Due beacon spenti

Gli operatori di I1DFS e IZ3JIO mi informano che i loro beacon sono spenti e in fase di manutenzione fino a nuova comunicazione.

I1DFS and IZ3JIO beacons are undergoing maintenance and will be off the air until further notice.

Aggiunta una nuova colonna: "News". Riporta l'ultimo anno/mese in cui ho avuto notizie del beacon. Sia direttamente dal proprietario o tramite spot.
Nota: IZ3JIO e' a 28 due-due-uno, non si tratta di un errore.

Added a new column "News". It lists year/month when I last had news about a beacon. Either directly from the owner or through a cluster spot.
Note: IZ3JIO is at 28 two-two-one, not a typo.
